随着社会的高速发展,城市建设和交通范围日益扩大,儿童创伤的发生率逐年增多,创伤已成为儿童因意外伤害而致死和致残的首要原因。快速有效评估创伤儿童,优化儿童创伤救治流程,推广儿童创伤救治技能培训,加强预防教育,提升对儿童创伤的综合救治水平,是儿科医务工作者刻不容缓的任务。

With the rapid development of society and the expansion of urban construction and traffic scope,the incidence of child trauma has increased year by year.Trauma has become the primary cause of death and disability due to accidental injury in children.It is an urgent task for pediatric medical workers to quickly and effectively evaluate children with trauma,optimize the process of children's trauma treatment,promote children's trauma treatment skills training,strengthen prevention education,and improve the comprehensive treatment level of children's trauma.
