某中医院校本科生性传播疾病认知、应对行为与教育需求分析

Analysis of Cognition,Coping Behaviors,and Educational Needs of Sexually Transmitted Diseases Among Undergraduates in a University of Chinese Medicine

摘要 目的了解某中医院校本科生性传播疾病(STD)认知水平、STD应对行为与防治以及健康教育需求等情况,为开展STD健康教育提供参考。方法选择某中医院校本科生为研究对象,编制调查问卷,学生自愿匿名填写后进行分析。结果36.43%的学生STD认知水平较高,6种STD认知水平为消极收缩型雷达图,其中艾滋病的认知水平等值化评分(0.65)和正确识别率最高(97.97%)。STD认知水平较高学生刻意躲避性病患者的比例(50.74%)低于认知水平较低学生(51.65%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);而对发生性行为感染STD可能性和感染恐惧程度、发生性行为前排查STD和自主检测意愿显著高于认知水平较低学生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。9.55%的学生发生过性行为,其中94.33%采取了STD预防措施;有留守经历学生寻求相关检查治疗的比例(26.67%)显著高于无留守经历学生(9.38%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。学生对STD预防措施的教育需求最多(44.96%)。结论该校本科生STD认知处于不良状态,应对行为有待提高,需以STD预防措施为重点开展健康教育,通过提高学生认知水平增强其应对行为。 Objective To know the cognition,coping behavior,prevention and treatment,health education needs of sexually transmitted diseases(STD)among undergraduates in a university of Chinese medicine and to provide reference for STD health education.Methods The undergraduates were selected and the questionnaire was compiled.Then,after students voluntarily filled out anonymously,data was analyzed.Results 36.43%of the undergraduates had a high cognitive level of STD.The cognitive level of six STDs was a negative shrinkage radar map.The cognitive level and correct recognition rate of AIDS was the highest(0.65,97.97%).The proportion of students with higher STD cognition level deliberately isolate STD patients(50.74%)was lower than that of students with lower STD cognition level(51.65%)(P>0.05).While the possibility and fear of STD infection during sexual activity,STD detection and self-detection intention before sexual activity were significantly higher than those of students with lower STD cognition level(P<0.05).The incidence of sexual activity was 9.55%,among which 94.33%had taken measures to prevent STD.The proportion of students with left-behind experience seeking relevant examination and treatment(26.67%)was significantly higher than that of students without left-behind experience(9.38%)(P<0.05).Students had the highest educational demand for STD prevention measures(44.96%).Conclusion The STD cognition of undergraduates is in a bad state,and the coping behavior needs to be improved.Health education should be focused on STD prevention measures,and the coping behavior can be enhanced by improving the cognitive level of students.
