摘要
2024年5月30日,美国国家情报总监办公室发布首份《情报界信息环境愿景:信息技术路线图》。通过参考情报界百余名重要技术专家的建议,该路线图确定了未来5年情报界需要重点投资的5个重点领域,同时提出了19项关键措施,旨在指导情报界围绕数字基础、网络安全、云环境、数据分析、人工智能和边缘计算等技术领域,实现信息技术变革。同时,强调情报界将加速采用新兴技术,提升情报信息的及时性与准确性,助力美军在大国博弈中获取并保持决策优势。
On May 30,2024,the U.S.Office of the Director of National Intelligence released its inaugural Vision for the IC Information Environment:An Information Technology Roadmap.The roadmap integrates more than 100 technical leaders’recommendations,identifies 19 key initiatives in five focus areas that the IC(Intelligence Community)must invest in the next five years,aiming to guide the IC to make transformative decisions about the digital infrastructure,cyber security,cloud environment,data analysis,artificial intelligence,edge computing among an array of other IT(Information Technology)issues.In addition,it emphasizes that the IC should embrace emerging technologies to improve the timeliness and accuracy of intelligence information,which will provide the U.S.military with unmatched decision advantage in the great power competition.
