摘要
为了降低现场混装铵油炸药生产成本,以现场混装铵油炸药为研究对象,设计了一种新型铵油炸药油相材料,以替代柴油制造多孔粒状铵油炸药,实现了在不更改现场混装技术设备的条件下制备铵油炸药,研究了新型油相材料的性能以及用它生产的现场混装铵油炸药的主要性能和爆破工程中实际应用效果,分析了新型油相材料带来的经济效益。结果表明,在不改变现场混装技术工艺和设备的条件下,该油相材料能够全部替代柴油生产现场混装铵油炸药,所生产的铵油炸药性能优良,既满足了矿山工程爆破质量和安全的要求,又达到了降低现场铵油炸药生产成本的目的。新型油相材料具有重要的推广应用前景。
In order to reduce the production cost of on-site mixed ammonium oil explosives,a new type of oil phase material was designed as the research object to replace diesel in the manufacture of porous granular ammonium oil explosives.The preparation of ammonium oil explosives without changing the on-site mixing technology equipment was achieved.The performance of the new oil phase material and the main performance of the on-site mixed ammonium oil explosives produced with it were studied,as well as the actual application effect in blasting engineering.The economic benefits brought by the new oil phase material were analyzed.The results indicate that,without changing the on-site mixing technology and equipment,this oil phase material can completely replace diesel production of on-site mixed ammonium oil explosives.The produced ammonium oil explosives have excellent performance,meeting the requirements of mining engineering blasting quality and safety,and achieving the goal of reducing the production cost of on-site ammonium oil explosives.The new oil phase materials have important prospects for promotion and application.
