摘要
针对目前型砂发气性检测设备常见串行USB与RS232/RS485数采通信能力不足与故障排查交互限制问题,从串口监控、接口转换及其注意事项着手,采用软硬件相结合方式,实现型砂发气性检测设备故障快速定位与无扰式数据侦听采集,以期为电气或系统集成工程师快速处理设备故障以及物联数采问题提供技术借鉴。
In view of the common problems of insufficient communication capability of serial USB and RS232/RS485 data acquisition and interaction limitation of fault troubleshooting in sand gas detection equipment at present,the combination of hardware and software is adopted to realize rapid fault location and undisturbed data listening and collection of sand gas detection equipment from serial port monitoring,interface conversion and precautions.It is expected to provide technical reference for electrical or system integration engineers to quickly deal with equipment failures and iot data acquisition problems.
