浅析6 m^(3)焊接渣包的优化和改进

摘要 结合北方铜业垣曲冶炼厂缓冷渣场的实际工况条件,针对原有6 m^(3)渣包使用过程中散热条件差、包体氧化剥落严重、吊运时易脱钩的问题,采取了更改焊接渣包的包底结构,取消包体环筋的散水孔和挡板,加大了耳轴挡沿的直径等措施,并对渣包主要受力点进行强度校核,改进后的渣包更符合客户需求,市场前景可观。 The heat dissipation condition of the original slag ladle is poor during application,the inclusion is seriously oxidized and spalling,and it is easy to detach during lifting.The bottom structure of the welding slag ladle was changed,the water holes and baffles in the ring ribs of the welding slag ladle were cancelled,the diameter of the trunnion retaining edge was increased,and the strength of the main stress points of the slag ladle was checked.The improved slag ladle is more in line with customer demand and has a promising market prospect.
