摘要
以江西遂川坚基石英矿为研究对象,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、电感耦合等离子质谱(ICP)仪、光学显微镜等分析了石英砂化学成分、矿物组成、粒度分布等工艺矿物学特征。采用“破碎-筛分-磁选-擦洗-水洗-浮选-焙烧水淬-酸浸”的提纯工艺进行可选性试验研究。提纯后,Na含量(质量分数,下同)由838.30μg/g降至1.68μg/g,Al含量由6176.54μg/g降至44.14μg/g,Fe含量由3526.98μg/g降至5.16μg/g,K含量由472.76μg/g降至14.19μg/g,总杂质含量由11950.9μg/g降至74.29μg/g,石英砂中SiO_(2)含量由原矿98.81%提升至99.993%,可为制备4N高纯石英砂提供参考。
This study takes the quartz mine in Suichuan,Jiangxi Province as the research object,and use XRD,ICP and optical microscopy to analyze chemical composition,mineral composition,particle size distribution and other process mineralogical characteristics of quartz sand.The purification process of"crushing-screening-magnetic separation-scrubbing-washing-flotation-roasting-water quenching-acid leaching"was proposed and applied.After purification,the contents of Na,Al,Fe,and K were decreased from 838.3,6176.54,3526.98 and 472.76μg/g to 1.68,44.14,5.16 and 14.19μg/g,respectively.Moreover,the total impurity content was decreased from 11950.9μg/g to 74.29μg/g,the SiO_(2) content in the quartz sand increased from 98.81%to 99.993%,Which could provide a guidance for the preparation of 4N high-purity quartz sand.
