摘要
以阳江某矿区砂质高岭土矿为开发利用试验研究对象,在工艺矿物学研究的基础上,采用螺旋分级机、水力旋流器、磁选机进行提纯试验。结果表明,经提纯后高岭土产品的烧成白度超过90%,可用于中高档的日用陶瓷行业;水力旋流器底流产品可用于低档陶瓷行业;尾砂产品经过水洗后可用于建设用砂、平板玻璃及一般的器皿玻璃等行业。
This paper takes sandy kaolin in a mining area of Yangjiang as the research object of development and utilization experiment,based on the study of process mineralogy,the sandy kaolin mine was purified by spiral classifier,hydrocyclone and magnetic separator.The results show that the purified kaolin products have a whiteness of more than 90%and can be used in the medium and high-grade daily-use ceramic industry.Hydrocyclone bottom-flow products can be used in the low-grade ceramic industry.After washing,the tailings can be used in construction sand,flat glass industry and general vessel glass industries.
