摘要
针对因矿石性质变化与长石产品市场冲击导致宜春钽铌矿长石产品难以销售的问题,以粗长石为研究对象,进行了长石石英无氟浮选新工艺探索研究。结果表明,采用浮选深度除铁-碱性浮石英-酸性浮长石的长石石英无氟浮选新工艺,最终可获得Al_(2)O_(3)品位大于16%、K_(2)O与Na_(2)O总质量分数大于10%的高品质长石精矿,SiO_(2)品位为95.04%、白度为94.40%的石英精矿。在实验室试验的基础上开展工业化试验,实现了长石与石英的高效分离,可作为选矿厂生产高品质长石与石英的依据。
In view of the difficulty of selling feldspar product in Yichun tantalum niobium ore due to the change of ore properties and the impact of feldspar product on the market,a new fluorine-free flotation process of feldspar quartz was explored with coarse feldspar as research object.The test results show that the new fluorine-free flotation process of feldspar quartz with completely removal of iron by floatation-quartz floatation in alkaline enviroment-feldspar floatation in acid environment can obtain high-quality feldspar concentrate with Al_(2)O_(3) more than 16%,K_(2)O+Na_(2)O more than 10%and quartz concentrate with SiO_(2) grade of 95.04%,whiteness of 94.40%.On the basis of laboratory experiment,the industrial experiment is conducted,and the efficient separation of feldspar and quartz is basically realized,which can be used as the basis for the production of high quality feldspar and quartz in the concentrator.
