摘要
针对目前钻井现场油/水基岩屑随钻减量处理实际应用情况,概况介绍了岩屑随钻减量中应用较多的负压筛分、甩干离心及压滤技术,分析各技术应用的优劣和成熟性,指出了油/水基岩屑随钻一体化处理技术瓶颈,并提出从设备组合、调整设备结构、优化分离参数、升级设备的攻关方向,供岩屑随钻处理同仁借鉴。
This paper provides an overview of the current practical applications of on-site reduction treatment for oil/water-based drill cuttings during drilling operations.It summarizes commonly used technologies such as under-pressure screening,centrifugal drying,and filter press techniques.The advantages,disadvantages,and maturity of each technology are analyzed.The paper also identifies bottlenecks in the integrated treatment technology for oil/water-based drill cuttings and proposes directions for improvement,including equipment combination,structural adjustments,parameter optimization,and equipment upgrades,offering insights for professionals in drill cuttings management.
