摘要
钻井参数优化是当前重要的提速技术之一,但在现场操作过程中,仍过度依赖于经验,并且工程参数与地层匹配性尚不明确。通过斯皮尔曼相关系数,利用编程探究宜昌工区龙马溪组、五峰组与工程参数之间的相关性。得出钻井液密度、粘度与机械钻速的相关性最高,转速次之,最后为钻压与排量。现场应用后,YZY3HF井转速提高38.64%,水平段机械钻速提高。
Optimization of drilling parameters is an important technique for fast drilling,but its on-site application still heavily relies on experience,with unclear matching of engineering parameters to formation.By using the Spearman correlation coefficient and programming,the correlation between the Longmaxi and Wufeng Formations in the Yichang work area and engineering parameters is explored.It is found that drilling fluid density and viscosity have the highest correlation with the rate of penetration(ROP),followed by rotational speed,and finally weight on bit(WOB)and flow rate.Field application results show that the rotational speed of Well YZY3HF increased by 38.64%,with a corresponding increase in ROP in the horizontal section.
