摘要
石油工程项目管理中实施精益管理具有十分重要的战略意义。针对国内石油工程项目管理存在的主要问题,项目管理建章立制、规范管理机制、成本管理全程管控、绩效考核科学合理,是石油工程项目实施精益管理的有效方法。
Implementing lean management in petroleum engineering projects is of significant strategic importance.Addressing the main issues in domestic petroleum engineering project management,establishing and improving management systems,standardizing management mechanisms,comprehensive cost control,and scientific and reasonable performance assessments,are effective methods for implementing lean management in petroleum engineering projects.
