摘要
研究了不同固溶处理工艺对4J29合金微观组织、硬度及热膨胀性能的影响。结果发现,随着固溶温度和保温时间提升,奥氏体晶粒逐渐变大;改变固溶处理的冷却方式对合金的组织及硬度无影响;二级固溶处理工艺对组织及硬度无影响,但降低了合金的线膨胀系数。
The effect of different solid solution treatment processes on the microstructure,hardness,and thermal expansion performance of 4J29 alloy was studied.The results indicate that as the solid solution temperature and holding time increase,the austenite grain size gradually increases;Changing the cooling method for solution treatment has no effect on the microstructure and hardness of the alloy.The secondary solid solution treatment process has no effect on the microstructure and hardness,but reduces the linear expansion coefficient of the alloy.
