摘要
护理专业作为实践性及操作性都很强的应用型专业,主要任务是培养面向临床护理、社区护理、妇幼保健护理、养老护理等领域知行合一、德技并修的综合应用型人才。其教学应注重理论与实践的结合,这就要求护理教师不仅掌握扎实的理论知识,还具有过硬的实践操作技能,这样才能教好学生。因此,护理教师应定期到企业实践锻炼,这既有助于提高其专业知识水平,又能将临床的新观念、新技术、新标准融入课堂教学中,从而提高教学质量和效果。
As an application-oriented major with strong practicality and operation,the main task of the nursing major is to cultivate comprehensive application-oriented personnel who integrate knowledge and practice and cultivate moral and technical skills in the fields of clinical nursing,community nursing,maternal and child health nursing,and elderly nursing.This should focus on the combination of theory and practice,which requires nursing teachers to master solid theoretical knowledge not only,but also have excellent practical skills to meet students'learning needs.Therefore,nursing teachers should regularly practice in enterprises to improve their professional knowledge and integrates new clinical concepts,technologies and standards into classroom,so as to improve teaching quality and effect.
