高职院校早期教育专业“双师型”教师培养的逻辑、困境与对策

摘要 随着社会的发展,人们逐渐认识到0~3岁是儿童大脑潜能开发及各种行为习惯养成的关键时期,整个社会对早期儿童教育越来越关注,对优质的早期教育师资的要求也越来越高。高职院校是早期教育人才培养的主阵地,人才培养师资是核心。“双师型”教师是指同时具备理论教学和实践教学能力的教师。针对高职院校早期教育专业“双师型”教师培养中存在的问题,分析“双师型”教师队伍培养的逻辑、面临的困境并提出解决对策,以打造高水平师资队伍。 With the development of society,people gradually realize that 0-3 years old is a crucial period for children to develop their brain potential and various behavioral habits.The whole society is paying more and more attention to early childhood education,and the demand for high-quality early education teachers is also increasing.Higher vocational colleges are the main battlefield for early education personnel cultivation,and personnel cultivation and teaching staff are the core.A"dual-teacher"teacher refers to a teacher who possesses both theoretical and practical teaching abilities.In response to the problems in the cultivation of"dual-teacher"teachers in early education major in higher vocational colleges to analyze the logic and dilemma faced by the cultivation of"dual-teacher"teacher team,and proposes solutions to build a high-level teacher team.
