摘要
在全国职业院校教学能力大赛引领下,以参赛课程基础护理学为例,融合“岗课赛证”重构教学内容,聚焦学生特征展开学情分析,对接岗位需求制定教学策略。围绕课程教学设计、教学实施过程、评价方式、特色与创新、教学反思诊改5方面探索教学改革路径,教学实施过程中创新OTPU教学模式,采用密台阶教学手段,渗透医者精神思政元素,不断优化教学过程,从而提升教学效果,培养高素质技能人才。
Under the guidance of the National Vocational College Teaching Ability Competition,taking the participating course of basic nursing as an example,the teaching content is reconstructed by integrating the"post-course-competition-certification",focusing on student characteristics to conduct learning analysis,and formulating teaching strategies based on post requirements.Toexplore the path of teaching reform in five aspects:course teaching design,teaching implementation process,evaluation methods,characteristics and innovation,and teaching reflection diagnosis and correction.In the process of teaching implementation,innovating the OTPU teaching model,adopting dense steps teaching method,infiltrating the Ideological&Political elements of doctors'spirit,continuously optimizing the teaching process to improve teaching effectiveness and cultivate high-quality skilled personnel.
