专升本护生学习投入现状及其与自我价值感的关系

摘要 运用整群抽样法,选取2023年10—11月江苏省某高校239名专升本护生作为研究对象,采用自制一般资料调查表、学习投入量表、青少年自我价值感量表进行问卷调查。结果显示,专升本护生学习投入处于中等水平,在本科阶段需要加强专升本护生的专业思想教育,引导护生科学规划职业生涯,同时关注专升本护生的心理健康,通过提升自我价值感来提高其学习投入水平。 239 top-up nursing interns from a certain college in Jiangsu from October to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects with cluster sampling method.A self-made General Information Questionnaire,Learning Engagement Scale,and Adolescents'Self-worth Scale were used for the questionnaire survey.The results show that top-up nursing interns'learning engagement is at a moderate level.It is necessary to strengthen top-up nursing interns'ideological education of their major during their undergraduate learning,guide them to plan their career scientifically,and pay attention to top-up nursing interns'psychological health by enhancing their self-worth,learning engagement level can be improved.
