社区医务人员突发公共卫生事件应急能力现状及影响因素研究

Research on Status and Influencing Factors of Community Medical Staffs'Emergency Ability in Public Health Emergency

目的调查成都市社区医务人员对于突发公共卫生事件的应急能力现状及其影响因素,为提高社区医务人员突发公共卫生事件应急能力提供参考依据。方法运用方便抽样法,选取成都市236名社区医务人员作为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷、应急能力量表、心理弹性量表进行调查。结果社区医务人员应急能力量表条目均分为(4.35±0.59)分,应急能力与心理弹性呈正相关(r=0.673,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,年龄、所在科室、心理弹性是社区医务人员应急能力的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论成都市社区医务人员突发公共卫生事件应急能力较强,社区医务人员突发公共卫生事件应急能力的主要影响因素是年龄、所在科室、心理弹性。社区管理者应制定个性化的培训计划和开展心理教育,以全面提高社区医务人员突发公共卫生事件应急能力。

Objective To investigate the status and influencing factors of community medical staffs'emergency ability in Chengdu for public health emergency,and provide reference for improving community medical staffs'emergency ability for public health emergency.Methods Convenience sampling method was used to select 236 community medical staffs in Chengdu as the survey subjects.A General Information Questionnaire,Emergency Ability Scale,and Connor Davidson Resilience Scale were used for the survey.Results The average score of the Emergency Ability Scale items for community medical staffs was(4.35±0.59)score,and there was a positive correlation between emergency ability and psychological resilience(r=0.673,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that age,department,and psychological resilience were influencing factors on community medical staffs'emergency ability(P<0.05).Conclusion Community medical staffs in Chengdu have strong emergency abilities for public health emergency.The main influencing factors on community medical staffs'emergency abilities for public health emergency are age,department,and psychological resilience.Community managers should make personalized training plans and carry out psychological education to comprehensively improve community medical staffs'emergency abilities for public health emergency.
