基于多轮进化算法的车用双层磁钢永磁同步电机参数优化设计

Parameter Optimization Design of Double-layer Magnets Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor for Vehicles Based on Multi-round Evolutionary Algorithm

摘要 针对车用双层磁钢永磁同步电机转矩波动过大的问题,基于进化算法(evolutionary algorithm,EA)对一台应用于混合动力专用变速箱(dedicated hybrid transmission,DHT)的双层磁钢永磁同步电机的转子斜极角、定子槽高、定子槽宽和双层磁钢的宽度和厚度进行了参数优化设计,通过试验设计法(design of experiment,DOE)法对各项参数的灵敏度进行分析,得出参数对优化目标的影响权重和正负相关性,再结合多轮进化算法得出最优参数组合,结果表明优化后的永磁同步电机转矩波动下降了3.5%。此外,采用联合仿真的方式对优化后的永磁同步电机进行了最大转矩电流比(maximum torque per ampere,MTPA)控制仿真,结果表明优化后的电机在高转矩提速阶段转矩波动明显减小,验证了该优化流程的有效性。该仿真流程能够提高优化过程的效率,减少实物测试的次数,降低混合动力专用变速箱的开发成本和开发周期。 Aiming at the problem of excessive torque fluctuation of double-layer permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)for vehicle,based on the evolutionary algorithm(EA),the parameters of rotor skew angle,stator slot height,stator slot width and width and thickness of double-layer magnet steel for a double-layerpermanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)applied to dedicated hybrid transmission(DHT)were optimized.The sensitivity of each parameter was analyzed by design of experiment(DOE)method to derive the influence weights and positive and negative correlations of the parameters on the optimization target,and then the optimal parameter combination was derived by combining with the multi-round EA,and the results showed that the torque fluctuation of the optimized PMSM decreased by 3.5%.In addition,the maximum torque per ampere(MTPA)control of the optimized PMSM was simulated by joint simulation,and the results showed that the torque fluctuation of the optimized motor is obviously reduced in the high torque speed-up stage,which verified the effectiveness of the optimization process.The simulation process improves the efficiency of the optimization process,reduces the number of physical tests,and lowers the development cost and development cycle for DHT.
