基于SOA优化的ADRC胎面卷取张力控制系统

摘要 胎面卷取张力控制的精度直接影响后期成型工序的精度和硫化成品质量。为保证胎面成品的质量,以挤出联动线卷取时的张力控制为研究对象,针对胎面制品卷取速度和时变卷径引起的张力波动问题,首先分析系统张力产生机理,建立张力系统的数学模型,设计了系统启动和运行阶段的张力观测算法。其次建立仿真模型在系统启动-运行阶段通过对比自抗扰控制器(active disturbance rejection control,ADRC)与比例-积分-微分(proportional integral derivative,PID)的控制性能,验证了自抗扰控制响应速度快,能够稳定地控制张力,并且具备出色的抗干扰性和抗内部参数扰动能力。最后采用人群搜索算法(seeker optimization algorithm,SOA)筛选控制器参数最优值,将控制器应用到张力系统模型,仿真验证了所设计的人群搜索自抗扰控制策略的有效性和准确性。结果表明:SOA优化性能较好且与ADRC相结合的控制方式控制效果较佳。研究结果在桂林橡胶设计院的工艺方法及性能指标体系上进行控制算法设计,对实际生产具有一定的参考价值。 Tread winding tension accuracy affects the moulding process and vulcanized goods quality.It focused on tension control during extrusion linkage winding for quality tread products.It analyzed tension fluctuations in tread products due to changing winding diameter and speed,developed a tension system model,and created an observation algorithm for tension during system operation.Secondly,a simulation model was built to verify the fast response speed of the self-immunity control,the ability to control the tension stably,and the excellent immunity to interference and internal parameter perturbation by comparing the control performance of active disturbance rejection control(ADRC)and proportional integral derivative(PID)in the start-up-operation phase of the system.Finally,controller parameters were optimized via the crowd search algorithm(SOA),and applied to the tension system model,validating the designed crowd-searching self-resistant control strategy s accuracy.The Guilin Rubber Design Institute s process technique and performance index system,valuable for real production,are referenced in the control algorithm.
