摘要
硬度离子(Ca^(2+)、Mg^(2+))等会在锅炉、管道中形成沉淀,造成生产生活中的诸多问题。水的软化处理是将硬水中的硬度离子除去的过程。介绍了离子交换软化法、膜软化法、药剂沉淀法等除硬工艺的基本原理和最新进展,分析了这些技术的优劣势,并对未来除硬技术的可能研究方向进行了展望。
Hardness ions(Ca^(2+),Mg^(2+))in water can form precipitates in boilers and pipelines,causing many problems in industrial production and daily life.Water softening treatment is a process to remove hardness ions in hard water.In this paper,basic principles and latest progress of ion exchange softening water method,membrane softening water method,and chemical precipitation method for water hardness removal are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are analyzed.Potential research directions for hardness water removal technologies in the future are prospected.
