摘要
干煤粉气流床气化技术已经在国内外普遍推广应用,从干煤粉气化炉的组合烧嘴、下渣口及气化炉的结构和特点出发,讨论了干煤粉气化炉主烧嘴氧气旋流角度、主烧嘴煤粉通道半径及气化炉下渣口的尺寸等对气化效率的影响。结果发现,干煤粉气化炉选择氧气旋流角为25°、煤粉通道半径为92 mm的主烧嘴与下渣口直筒段内径为500 mm的渣口进行匹配,所产生的有效气含量最高,碳转化率最高,渣、饼残碳量最低,气化反应更充分,是一种较好的匹配选择。
The dry pulverized coal fluidized bed gasification technology has been widely promoted and applied in the world.From the perspective of the structure and characteristics of the combined burner,slag outlet,and gasifier itself of dry pulverized coal gasifier,the influences on gasification efficiency are explored from the oxygen rotation angle of the main burner,the coal powder channel radius of the main burner,and the size of the gasifier slag outlet.A good matching selection is found as follows:a main burner with oxygen rotation angle of 25°,a pulverized coal channel radius of 92 mm and a slag outlet with an inner diameter of 500 mm.Under this matching scheme,the content of effective gas reaches the highest,the carbon conversion rate is the highest,the carbon content in slag and cake is the lowest,and gasification reaction conducts more adequate.
