高职学生学习倦怠的影响因素及对策分析

摘要 本文通过问卷调查,研究某高职院校道路工程造价专业学生的学习倦怠影响因素及对策。对人口社会学调查表和学习倦怠量表进行描述性统计和差异性分析发现,学生的学业倦怠总均分为64.06±7.33分,均分为3.203±0.367分,处于中等水平,倦怠检出率只有33.2%;毕业学校、性别、年级、家庭所在地、父母亲文化程度、是否担任学生干部及家庭收入情况等变量在学习倦怠研究中差异性显著。此外,开展了学习倦怠影响因素分析,把影响因素归结为个人内部因素和环境外部因素,并提出了降低学生学习倦怠的对策建议。本研究结果对高职院校的教育教学理论具有一定的补充意义。 Through the questionnaire survey,the influencing factors and countermeasures of learning burnout were studied about students majoring in road engineering cost in a higher vocational college.Through descriptive statistics and differential analysis of the demographic sociology questionnaire and learning burnout scale,results were showed that the total mean score of students'academic burnout was 64.06±7.33 points,The average score was 3.203±0.367.The burnout was at a moderate level,the detection rate of burnout was only 33.2%.Variables such as graduation school,gender,grade,family location,parents'education level,whether to be a student leader and family income had significant differences with burnout.Nextly,the influencing factors of learning burnout were attributed to personal internal factors and environmental external factors.Finally,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were putted forward to reduce students'learning burnout.The results of this study had some complementary significance to the educational teaching theory in higher vocational colleges.
