健康企业建设是首个在全国层面开展的健康细胞工程,推进石化行业健康企业建设不仅有助于石化企业履行法定责任和社会责任,还有助于健康城市建设,全方位、全周期保障职业人群健康。本文对石化企业开展健康企业建设规划和制定健康企业建设标准的背景、目标、做法进行了分析阐述,以期为各行业开展健康企业创建工作提供思路和对策。

Promoting the construction of healthy enterprises in the petrochemical industry will not only help petrochemical enterprises fulfill their statutory and social responsibilities,but also contribute to the construction of healthy cities,and ensure the health of occupational groups in an all-round and full-cycle manner.This paper analyzes and expounds the background,objectives and practices of petrochemical enterprises to carry out the planning of healthy enterprise construction and the formulation of healthy enterprise construction standards,in order to provide ideas and countermeasures for the establishment of healthy enterprises in various industries.
