Exploration of Strategies for Enhancing the Quality and Excellence of the Highly-Skilled Talent Team in Technical Education for the New Era

在新时代背景下,中国经济已从高速增长阶段转向高质量发展阶段,对高技能人才的需求日益迫切。技工教育作为培养高技能人才的主阵地,面临着教育资源分配不均、教学内容与市场需求脱节等挑战。本文基于新修订的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》和《关于加强新时代高技能人才队伍建设的意见》等法规、政策,深入研究了技工教育高技能人才队伍建设提质培优的策略。通过文献综述和实地调查,提出了优化技工教育课程体系、加强实践教学环节、提升师资队伍素质、完善技能人才评价体系等措施,并强调了校企合作和产学研用一体化发展的重要性,提升高技能人才的培养质量和效率,以推动技工教育改革与发展,满足社会对高技能人才的需求,促进经济社会持续健康发展。

In the context of the new era,China's economy has shifted from a phase of rapid growth to a stage of highquality development,with an increasingly urgent demand for highly-skilled talent.Technical education,as the main front for cultivating highly-skilled talent,faces challenges such as uneven distribution of educational resources and a disconnect between teaching content and market demand.This article is based on the newly revised"Vocational Education Law of the People's Republic of China"and"Opinions on Strengthening the Construction of High skilled Talent Teams in the New Era"and other regulations and policy guidance,and deeply studies the strategies for improving the quality and excellence of the construction of high skilled talent teams in vocational education.Through literature review and field investigation,measures have been proposed to optimize the vocational education curriculum system,strengthen practical teaching,enhance the quality of the teaching staff,and improve the evaluation system for skilled talents.The importance of school enterprise cooperation and integrated development of industry,academia,research,and application has been emphasized to improve the quality and efficiency of cultivating high-tech talents,in order to promote the reform and development of vocational education,meet the demand for high skilled talents in society,and promote sustainable and healthy economic and social development.
