浅析电动自行车全链条消防安全监管难点及防控对策

近年来,电动自行车因其方便、经济、环保等优点,一跃成为社会上使用率最高、保有量最多的交通工具。根据相关数据统计,全国电动自行车社会保有量已达3.5亿辆,年产量超过3500万辆。然而,电动自行车安全质量不可靠、停放充电场所不足、使用者消防安全意识不强、日常使用不当、检修维护不到位、监管部门监管机制和监督检查不到位等问题日益凸显,是目前电动自行车消防安全管理的堵点与难点,也是火灾防控的重点。本文主要对电动自行车全链条管理、火灾风险和防控对策进行了研究。

In recent years,electric bicycles have become the most widely used and most owned means of transportation in society because of their convenience,economy and environmental protection.According to relevant statistics,the social ownership of electric bicycles in the country has reached 350 million,with an annual output of more than 35 million,which can be said to be a"national means of transportation".However,the safety and quality of electric bicycles are unreliable,the parking and charging places are insufficient,the user's fire safety awareness is not high,the daily use is improper,the maintenance is not in place,and the supervision mechanism and supervision and inspection of the regulatory department are not in place,which are the current blocking points and difficulties of electric bicycle fire safety management,and also the focus of fire prevention and control.This paper mainly studies the whole chain management,fire risk and prevention and control countermeasures of electric bicycles.
