自修复微胶囊沥青混合料愈合性能的研究

摘要 制备一种毫米级微胶囊,并对其微观形貌、力学性能和包覆性进行表征,利用荧光显微镜观察微胶囊沥青微观愈合过程以及不同微胶囊掺量下沥青的拉伸愈合行为,探讨实际载荷作用下添加微胶囊对沥青混合料愈合性能的影响。结果表明:微胶囊内部呈现出多腔室结构,其能够很好的包覆再生剂,同时能耐受沥青混合料拌和时高温高压的环境,在出现裂缝时微胶囊能释放再生剂修补裂缝并提高沥青的愈合性能,并且微胶囊在载荷作用下会逐渐释放再生剂,实现长效修复,有效延长沥青路面的使用寿命。 Preparation of a millimeter-sized microcapsule and characterization of its micromorphology,mechanical properties and encapsulation,use the fluorescence microscopy to observe the microcapsules asphalt micro-healing process as well as different microcapsule dosage of asphalt tensile healing behavior,to explore the effect of the addition of microcapsules under the action of the actual load on the healing performance of asphalt mixtures.The results show that the microcapsules present a multi-chamber structure,it can be a good coating of regenerative agent,and at the same time can withstand the asphalt mixture mixing high temperature and high pressure environment,the microcapsules can release regenerative agent to repair cracks and improve the healing performance of asphalt,and microcapsules under the action of the load will be released gradually regenerative agent,to realize the long-lasting repair,and effectively extend the service life of the asphalt pavement.
