SBS/胶粉复合改性沥青在高速公路沥青路面中的应用研究

摘要 SBS与橡胶粉复合改性基质沥青,既可提高改性沥青的使用性能,又可降低SBS改性沥青的成本,经济且环保。依托某高速公路路面工程项目,开展SBS/胶粉复合改性沥青的生产工艺及制备、复合改性沥青路用性能、混合料配合比设计等研究。结果表明:通过确定各原材料的掺配比例并采用合理的生产工艺,所制备的复合改性沥青具有优异的高低温性能以及良好的稳定性,同时总结了复合改性在生产过程中的质量控制要点。通过试验路的铺筑,表明所设计的RAC-20中面层具有良好的密水性、抗车辙性能以及行车舒适性。 SBS and rubber powder composite modified matrix asphalt can not only improve the perform-ance of modified asphalt,but also reduce the cost of SBS modified asphalt,which is economical and environ-mentally friendly.In this paper,based on a highway pavement engineering project,the production process and preparation of SBS/rubber powder composite modified asphalt,the road performance of composite modified as-phalt,and the design of mixture mix ratio are studied.The results show that by determining the mixing ratio of each raw material and adopting a reasonable production process,the prepared composite modified asphalt has excellent high and low temperature performance and good stability,and the key points of quality control in the production process of composite modification are summarized.Through the paving of the test road,it is shown that the designed middle surface layer of RAC-20 has good water tightness,rutting resistance and driving comfort.
