摘要
目的:观察神经肌肉电刺激联合吞咽功能训练治疗脑瘫伴吞咽障碍患儿的效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2023年1月郑州大学附属儿童医院收治的106例脑瘫伴吞咽障碍患儿进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组各53例。对照组给予吞咽功能训练,研究组在对照组基础上联合神经肌肉电刺激治疗。比较两组临床疗效、干预前后吞咽功能及并发症发生率。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为94.34%(50/53),高于对照组的75.47%(40/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组吞咽功能分级和吞咽功能评分均优于干预前,且研究组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为1.89%(1/53),低于对照组的13.21%(7/53),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经肌肉电刺激联合吞咽功能训练治疗脑瘫伴吞咽障碍患儿可提高临床疗效,改善吞咽功能,降低并发症发生率,效果优于单纯吞咽功能训练。
Objective:To observe effects of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing function training on children with cerebral palsy and dysphagia.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 106 children with cerebral palsy and dysphagia admitted to Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Zhengzhou University from January 2020 to January 2023.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and observation group,53 cases in each group.The control group was given swallowing function training,while the study group was treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the swallowing function before and after the intervention,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 94.34%(50/53),which was higher than 75.47%(40/53)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the swallowing function grading and the swallowing function scores of the two groups were better than those before the intervention,those in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the incidence of complications in the study group was 1.89%(1/53),which was lower than 13.21%(7/53)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with swallowing function training in the treatment of the children with cerebral palsy and dysphagia can improve the clinical efficacy,improve the swallowing function and reduce the incidence of complications.Moreover,it is superior to single swallowing function training.
