温经通络汤熏洗联合常规康复训练在踝关节骨折术后患者中的应用效果

Effects of Wenjing Tongluo decoction fumigation combined with routine rehabilitation training on patients with ankle fracture after the surgery

目的:观察温经通络汤熏洗联合常规康复训练在踝关节骨折术后患者中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2022年1—12月该院收治的104例踝关节骨折术后患者的临床资料,按术后康复治疗方法不同将其分为观察组(n=52)和对照组(n=52)。对照组给予常规康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上联合温经通络汤熏洗治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、美国足踝外科协会(AOFAS)踝-后足评分和Barthel指数(BI)评分,并统计治疗期间观察组不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为92.31%,明显高于对照组的71.15%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后12周,两组AOFAS踝-后足评分和BI评分高于术后1 d,且观察组高于对照组,两组VAS评分低于术后1 d,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组未见明显不良反应。结论:温经通络汤熏洗联合常规康复训练用于踝关节骨折术后患者可提高治疗总有效率、AOFAS踝-后足评分和BI评分,以及降低VAS评分,效果优于单纯常规康复训练。

Objective:To observe effects of Wenjing Tongluo decoction fumigation combined with routine rehabilitation training on patients with ankle fracture after the surgery.Methods:The clinical data of 104 patients with ankle fracture treated in this hospital from January to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different postoperative rehabilitation methods,they were divided into observation group(n=52)and control group(n=52).The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,while the observation group was treated with Wenjing Tongluo decoction fumigation on the basis of that of the control group.The total effective rate,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the American Orthopaedic Foot&Ankle Society(AOFAS)ankle-hindfoot score,the Barthel index(BI)score were compared between the two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group during the treatment was statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.31%,which was significantly higher than 71.15%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 12 weeks after the surgery,the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot scores and the BI scores of the two groups were higher than those 1 day after the surgery,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group;the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than 1 day after the surgery,and that in the observation group was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in the observation group.Conclusions:Wenjing Tongluo decoction fumigation combined with routine rehabilitation training for the patients after ankle fracture surgery can improve the total effective rate of treatment,the AOFAS ankle-hindfoot scores and the BI scores,and reduce the VAS scores.Moreover,it is superior to simple routine rehabilitation training.
