阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死的效果分析

Analysis of the Efficacy of Aspirin Combined with Clopidogrel Bisulfate in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨阿司匹林联合硫酸氢氯吡格雷治疗脑梗死患者的应用价值。方法方便选取2022年2月—2023年10月单县中心医院收治的116例脑梗死患者为研究对象,根据不同的治疗方案将其分为对照组(n=58,阿司匹林)与研究组(n=58,阿司匹林+硫酸氢氯吡格雷),对比两组的治疗有效率、神经功能缺损、认知及日常生活能力评分、炎性因子水平、凝血功能。结果研究组的治疗总有效率为94.83%(55/58),高于对照组的81.03%(47/58),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.199,P<0.05)。研究组神经功能缺损评分较对照组低,认知功能评分、日常生活能力评分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组白细胞介素-6、C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组纤维蛋白原较对照组低,凝血酶时间、凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论脑梗死的治疗中联合使用阿司匹林和硫酸氢氯吡格雷可提高临床疗效,降低炎症反应,改善血流动力学与凝血功能,减轻神经功能缺损情况,对改善其认知功能、提高生活能力有积极的影响。

Objective To explore the application value of aspirin combined with clopidogrel bisulfate in the treatment of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 116 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Shanxian Central Hospital from February 2022 to October 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(n=58,aspirin)and study group(n=58,aspirin+clopidogrel bisulfate)by different treatment.The treatment efficiency,neurological deficit,cognitive and daily living ability scores,inflammatory factor levels,and coagulation function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 94.83%(55/58),which was higher than 81.03%(47/58)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.199,P<0.05).The neurological deficit score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the cognitive function score and daily living ability score were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein and tumor necrosis factor-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The fibrinogen in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the thrombin time,prothrombin time and activated partial thrombin time were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of aspirin and clopidogrel bisulfate in the treatment of cerebral infarction can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the inflammatory reaction,improve the hemodynamics and coagulation function,reduce the neurological deficit,and have a positive effect on improving the cognitive function and improving the living ability.
