早期康复护理对股骨颈骨折术后患者恢复及并发症的影响评价

Evaluation of the Impact of Early Rehabilitation Care on the Recovery and Complications of Postoperative Patients with Femoral Neck Fracture

目的研究早期康复护理对股骨颈骨折术后患者恢复情况及并发症情况的影响。方法随机选取2020年10月—2023年9月寿光市人民医院创伤骨科收治的90例股骨颈骨折患者为研究对象,均实施手术治疗,依据不同护理方法分为对照组、研究组,每组45例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用早期康复护理,比较两组患者Harris髋关节评分、Barthel指数、疼痛评分、生活质量、并发症、满意度。结果护理后,两组患者Bar-thel指数、Harris髋关节评均得到改善,且研究组改善效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组护理后1周、2周、4周疼痛评分均低于对照组,生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组并发症总发生率[2.22%(1/45)]低于对照组[15.56%(7/45)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.939,P<0.05)。研究组总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期康复护理的实施可以帮助患者有效抑制并发症及疼痛情况,对改善生活质量及关节功能有积极意义,满足患者合理护理需求。

Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation nursing on the recovery and complications of patients with femoral neck fracture after operation.Methods A total of 90 patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to the Department of Traumatic Orthopedics,Shouguang People's Hospital from October 2020 to September 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with surgery.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and study group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given early rehabilitation nursing.The Harris Hip score,Barthel Index,pain score,quality of life,complications and satisfaction were compared between patients in two groups.Results After nursing,the Barthel Index and Harris Hip score of patients in two groups were improved,and the improvement effect of the study group was better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The pain scores of the study group at 1 week,2 weeks and 4 weeks after nursing were lower than those of the control group,and the quality of life scores were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group[2.22%(1/45)]was lower than that in the control group[15.56%(7/45)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.939,P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of early rehabilitation nursing can help patients effectively inhibit complications and pain conditions,which is of positive significance in improving the quality of life and joint function,meets the patients'reasonable nursing needs,and has a high value for promotion.
