疼痛护理对带状疱疹后神经痛的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Pain Nursing on Postherpetic Neuralgia

目的探究在带状疱疹后神经痛患者护理中采取疼痛护理干预的效果。方法便利选取2021年11月—2023年5月滨州医学院附属医院收治的184例带状疱疹后神经痛患者为研究对象,通过不同护理方法分为对照组、观察组,各92例。对照组采取常规护理干预,观察组采取常规加疼痛护理干预。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、护理满意度以及心理状态。结果护理后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护理总满意度为97.83%(90/92),高于对照组的85.87%(79/92),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.783,P<0.05)。护理后,观察组焦虑与抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论针对带状疱疹后神经痛患者,实施疼痛护理,有助于减轻患者疼痛感,提升护理满意度,缓解心理状态。

Objective To explore the effect of pain nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with postherpetic neuralgia.Methods A total of 184 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to the Binzhou Medical University Hospital from November 2021 to May 2023 were conveniently selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by different nursing methods,with 92 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received routine plus pain nursing intervention.The pain degree,nursing satisfaction and psychological state of patients in two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing of the observation group was 97.83%(90/92),which was higher than that of the control group[85.87%(79/92)],and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.783,P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with postherpetic neuralgia,pain nursing is helpful to reduce the pain of patients,improve nursing satisfaction and relieve psychological state.
