综合护理在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿中的应用效果

Application Effect of Comprehensive Nursing in Children with Diabetic Ketoacidosis

目的分析综合护理干预在糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿中的应用效果。方法前瞻性单纯随机选取2021年9月—2023年9月首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院收治的60例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿为研究对象,依据不同护理方法分为A组、B组,各30例。A组采用常规护理,B组采用综合护理。比较两组患儿的血糖水平、并发症发生情况、护理依从性及患儿家属满意度。结果护理后,两组患儿的的空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖均低于护理前,且B组空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖分别为(6.17±1.51)mmol/L、(7.24±2.32)mmol/L,均低于A组的(7.89±1.92)mmol/L、(9.38±2.65)mmol/L,差异有统计学意义(t=3.857、3.328,P均<0.05)。B组的并发症总发生率为10.00%(3/30),低于A组的33.33%(10/30),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05)。B组的护理总依从性及家属总满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患儿应用综合护理有利于调控其血糖水平,提高患儿依从性及其家属满意度,降低并发症发生风险。

Objective The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in children with diabetic ketoacidosis was analyzed.Methods A total of 60 children with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Children's Hospital Affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics from September 2021 to September 2023 were prospective simple randomly selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing methods,they were divided into group A and group B,with 30 cases in each group.Group A was given routine nursing,and group B was given comprehensive nursing.The blood glucose level,complications,nursing compliance and family satisfaction of clinical in two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of clinical in two groups were lower than those before nursing,and the fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose of group B were(6.17±1.51)mmol/L and(7.24±2.32)mmol/L,respectively,which were both lower than those of group A(7.89±1.92)mmol/L,(9.38±2.65)mmol/L,the differences were statistically significant(t=3.857,3.328,both P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in group B was 10.00%(3/30),which was lower than 33.33%(10/30)in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.812,P<0.05).The total nursing compliance and family satisfaction of group B were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing for children with diabetic ketoacidosis is conducive to regulating their blood glucose levels,improving their compliance and family satisfaction,and reducing the risk of complications.
