达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病调节血糖指标、提高生活质量的效果分析

Dagaglizin Combined with Metformin to Regulate Blood Glucose Index and Improve Quality of Life in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探析2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)应用达格列净、二甲双胍联合治疗的作用。方法选取2021年1月—2023年12月金乡县人民医院收治的108例T2DM患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分为研究组与对照组,每组54例。研究组予达格列净联合二甲双胍治疗,而对照组单用二甲双胍治疗。对比两组血糖指标(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、胰岛功能指标(胰岛素敏感指数、胰岛素抵抗指数和稳态胰岛β细胞分泌功能指数)、生活质量评分、不良反应发生率、治疗有效率。结果治疗后,研究组血糖指标低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组胰岛功能指标优于对照组、生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对T2DM患者而言,选择达格列净、二甲双胍联合治疗比单用二甲双胍治疗取得的效果更突出。

Objective Toexplore the effect of dapagliflozin combined with metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabe⁃tes mellitus(T2DM).Methods A total of 108 patients with T2DM admitted to the Jinxiang County People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into study group and control group according to different treatment methods,54 cases in each group.The study group was treated with daga⁃glizin combined with metformin,while the control group was treated with metformin alone.Blood glucose indexes(fast⁃ing blood glucose,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin)and islet function indexes(insulin sensi⁃tivity index,homeostatic model assessment of insulin resistance,homeostatic model assessment isletβcell secretory function index),quality of life score,incidence of adverse reactions,treatment effectiveness were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment the blood glucose index of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The islet function index of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group,and the differ⁃ences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of ad⁃verse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with T2DM,the combination of dapagliflozin and metformin is more effective than metformin alone.
