西格列汀联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗对2型糖尿病患者血糖、血脂及疗效的影响

Effect of Sitagliptin Combined with Atorvastatin Calcium on Blood Glucose,Blood Lipid and Efficacy in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析西格列汀联合阿托伐他汀钙治疗对2型糖尿病患者血脂及血糖水平产生的影响。方法回顾性选取2022年1月—2023年1月厦门大学附属第一医院思明分院收治的90例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料,按照用药方式不同分为两组,各45例。对照组应用二甲双胍+阿托伐他汀钙治疗,观察组在服用二甲双胍、阿托伐他汀的同时加用西格列汀治疗,对比两组血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白)、血脂水平(高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、甘油三酯及总胆固醇)及临床疗效。结果治疗后,观察组各项血糖、血脂水平均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者于临床治疗期间同时用药西格列汀、阿托伐他汀钙具有协同增效作用,有效调控血糖水平以及血脂指标,治疗总有效率较高。

Objective To analyze the effect of sitagliptin combined with atorvastatin calcium on blood lipid and blood glucose levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Siming Branch of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University from January 2022 to January 2023 were retrospectively selected and divided into two groups according to different medication methods,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin+atorvastatin calcium.The observation group was treated with metformin and atorvastatin combined with sitagliptin.The blood glucose level(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c),blood lipid level(high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,triglyceride and total cholesterol)and clinical efficacy of the two groups were com⁃pared.Results After treatment,the levels of blood glucose and blood lipid in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of sitagliptin and atorvastatin calcium in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus during clinical treatment has a synergistic effect,effectively regulating blood glucose levels and blood lipid indicators,and the total effective rate of treatment is higher.
