饮食、运动及不同胰岛素综合疗法对更年期综合征糖尿病患者血糖控制水平的影响

Effects of Diet,Exercise and Insulin Combined Therapy on Blood Glucose Control in Patients with Climacteric Syndrome and Diabetes Mellitus

目的分析饮食、运动及不同胰岛素综合疗法对更年期综合征糖尿病患者血糖控制水平的影响。方法选取2021年6月—2023年5月东莞市洪梅医院收治的80例更年期综合征糖尿病患者为研究对象,以治疗方法的不同分为两组。两组均接受基础疗法,且对照组(n=40)采用谷赖胰岛素注射液治疗,观察组(n=40)采用甘精胰岛素注射液治疗。比较两组血糖控制水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖和糖化血红蛋白)和治疗有效率。结果观察组血糖控制水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.00%(38/40),高于对照组的75.00%(30/40),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.275,P=0.012)。结论胰岛素综合疗法配合健康饮食和规律性运动不仅可以使更年期综合征症状得到有效缓解,而且能够实现对血糖水平的精准控制。

Objective To analyze the influence of diet,exercise and different insulin comprehensive therapy on the blood glucose control level of patients with climacteric syndrome and diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 pa⁃tients with climacteric syndrome and diabetes mellitus admitted to Hongmei Hospital of Dongguan City from June 2021 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups by different treatment methods.Both groups received basic therapy,and the control group(n=40)was treated with insulin glulisine injection,and the observation group(n=40)was treated with insulin glargine injection.The blood glucose control level(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose,glycated hemoglobin A1c)and treatment efficiency were compared be⁃tween the two groups.Results The blood glucose control levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.00%(38/40),which was higher than 75.00%(30/40)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.275,P=0.012).Conclusion Insulin comprehensive therapy combined with healthy diet and regular exercise can not only effectively relieve the symptoms of climacteric syndrome,but also accurately control the blood glucose level.
