图片式健康教育联合循序渐进法护理对糖尿病患者血糖监测依从性的影响

Effect of Picture Based Health Education Combined with Step-by-step Nursing on Compliance of Blood Glucose Monitoring in Patients with Diabetes Mellitus

摘要 目的探究对糖尿病患者采用图片式健康教育联合循序渐进法护理的干预效果,并分析其对患者血糖监测依从性的影响。方法选取2022年7月—2023年7月新泰市第三人民医院收治的79例糖尿病患者为研究对象,按护理方法不同分为两组,对照组(38例)采用常规护理干预,观察组(41例)采用图片式健康教育联合循序渐进法护理干预,对比两组血糖监测依从性、自我护理能力(生活自理、运动能力、饮食摄入、社交活动、心理应对)评分。结果观察组血糖监测依从性为92.68%(38/41),高于对照组的73.68%(28/38),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.177,P<0.05)。与干预前相比,两组干预后自我护理能力各项维度评分更高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论图片式健康教育联合循序渐进法护理能够提高糖尿病患者血糖监测依从性与自我护理能力。 Objective To explore the effect of picture based health education combined with step-by-step nursing on diabetic mellitus patients,and to analyze its effect on the compliance of blood glucose monitoring.Methods A total of 79 diabetic mellitus patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Xintai from July 2022 to July 2023 were se⁃lected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to the different nursing methods.The control group(38 cases)was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(41 cases)was treated with picture-based health education combined with step-by-step nursing intervention.The blood glucose monitoring com⁃pliance and self-care ability(self-care,exercise ability,dietary intake,social activities,psychological coping)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The blood glucose monitoring compliance of the observation group was 92.68%(38/41),which was higher than 73.68%(28/38)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.177,P<0.05).Compared with before intervention,the scores of each dimension of self-care ability in the two groups after intervention were higher,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Picture based health education combined with step-by-step nursing can improve the blood glucose monitoring compliance and self-care ability of diabetic mellitus patients.
