全程优质护理对老年糖尿病患者自我管理能力、血糖、依从性的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Whole-course High-quality Nursing on Selfmanagement Ability,Blood Glucose and Compliance of Elderly Diabetic Mellitus Patients

目的分析全程优质护理应用在老年糖尿病患者中对其自我管理能力、血糖及依从性的影响。方法选择2022年6月—2023年6月泰安八十八医院老年医学科收治的100例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象,按护理方法不同分为研究组与对照组,每组50例。对照组予常规护理,研究组予全程优质护理。比较两组自我管理能力评分、血糖水平(空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖)、依从性。结果干预后,研究组自我管理能力评分高于对照组,血糖指标水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。研究组患者总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年糖尿病患者应用全程优质护理效果突出,能够提高自我管理能力,稳定血糖水平,提升依从性。

Objective To analyze the effect of whole-course high-quality nursing on self-management ability,blood glucose and compliance in elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with diabetes admitted to the department of Geriatrics,Tai'an 88 Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the re⁃search objects.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given whole-course high-quality nursing.The self-management ability score,blood glucose level(fasting plasma glucose,2-hour postprandial plasma glucose)and compliance were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the self-management ability score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the blood glucose indexs level were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The to⁃tal compliance of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of whole-course high-quality nursing in elderly patients with diabetes is effective,which can enhance self-management ability,stabilize blood glucose level and improve compliance.
