中药熏洗联合揿针在消渴病痹症(气虚血瘀型)患者中的应用效果分析

Analysis of the Application Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation and Washing Combined with Thumbtack Needle in Patients with Diabetes Rheumatism(Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type)

目的分析中药熏洗联合揿针在消渴病痹症(气虚血瘀型)患者中的应用效果。方法选择2023年2—12月新沂市中医医院收治的78例消渴病痹症患者为研究对象,按护理方法不同分为两组,对照组(39例)采用常规干预,观察组(39例)给予中药熏洗联合揿针干预。比较两组痛苦评分(情感负担、医生相关痛苦、生活规律及人际关系相关痛苦)、生活质量评分(生理功能、躯体疼痛、情感职能、社会功能)、护理满意度。结果护理后,观察组糖尿病痛苦量表各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗联合揿针可减轻消渴病痹症患者痛苦,提升患者生活质量及护理满意度。

Objective To analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with thumbtack needle in patients with diabetic rheumatism(qi deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods A total of 78 patients with diabetes and arthralgia admitted to Xinyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to December 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.39 patients in the control group were treated with routine intervention,and 39 patients in the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with thumbtack needle inter⁃vention.The pain scores(emotional burden,doctor-related pain,life rules and interpersonal relationship-related pain),quality of life scores(physiological function,physical pain,emotional function,social function)and nursing sat⁃isfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the scores of diabetes distress scale in the ob⁃servation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chi⁃nese medicine fumigation and washing combined with thumbtack needle can alleviate the pain of patients with diabetes thumbtack and improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
