摘要
目的针对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者实施胰岛素不同给药方法治疗干预,研究血糖达标时间以及应用价值。方法选取2021年12月—2023年12月淄博市第四人民医院收治的80例糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者为研究对象。按照不同治疗方法分为研究组与对照组,各40例。对照组行小剂量胰岛素静脉滴注,研究组行胰岛素泵持续皮下注射。比较两组糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者血糖达标时间、尿酮体转阴时间与治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组血糖达标时间为(6.38±1.28)h,短于对照组的(8.93±2.11)h,差异有统计学意义(t=6.534,P<0.05)。研究组尿酮体转阴时间为(12.94±2.39)h,短于对照组的(19.39±2.91)h,差异有统计学意义(t=9.157,P<0.05)。研究组治疗效果高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者实施胰岛素不同给药方法治疗,胰岛素泵持续皮下注射相较于小剂量胰岛素静脉滴注更能缩短患者的尿酮体转阴时间及患者的血糖达标时间。
Objective To study the time of blood glucose reaching the standard and the analysis of application value for patients with diabetic ketoacidosis treated with different insulin administration methods.Methods A total of 80 pa-tients with diabetic ketoacidosis admitted to Zibo Fourth People's Hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into study group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with low-dose insulin intravenous drip,and the study group was treated with continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump.The blood glucose compli-ance time,urine ketone body negative time and therapeutic effect score were compared between the two groups of pa-tients with diabetic ketoacidosis.Results After treatment,the time of blood glucose reaching the standard in the study group(6.38±1.28)h was shorter than that in the control group(8.93±2.11)h,and the difference was statistically sig-nificant(t=6.534,P<0.05).The time of urinary ketone body turning negative in the study group(12.94±2.39)h was shorter than that in the control group(19.39±2.91)h,and the difference was statistically significant(t=9.157,P<0.05).The therapeutic effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic ketoacidosis treated with different insulin administration methods,continuous subcutaneous injection of insulin pump can shorten the time of urine ketone body negative conversion and the time of blood glucose reaching the standard compared with low-dose insulin intravenous drip.
