应用CA724、CEA、CA242、CA199肿瘤标志物联合检验胃癌的临床研究

Clinical Study on the Combined Detection of Tumor Markers CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA199 in Gastric Cancer

目的探讨CA724、CEA、CA242、CA199肿瘤标志物联合检验对于胃癌诊断的应用价值。方法回顾性选取2022年1月至2023年11月在安阳市肿瘤医院诊治的胃病患者106例,其中53例为确诊胃癌的患者,设为研究组,另外53例为确诊良性胃疾病患者,设为对照组。两组患者均给予CA724、CEA、CA242、CA199肿瘤标志物联合检验。观察各项肿瘤标志物单一检测和联合检测的诊断结果及诊断效能,以及两组患者各项肿瘤标志物指标结果。结果联合检测敏感度、灵敏度及准确度均高于CA724、CEA、CA242、CA199单一检测,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者各项肿瘤标志物指标均高于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用联合检测CA724、CEA、CA242、CA199肿瘤标志物,通过综合分析不同肿瘤标志物的变化情况,可以全面评估患者的病情,有助于早期发现和诊断胃癌,提高诊断的敏感性和特异性,值得临床实践应用。

Objective To explore the application value of combined detection of tumor markers CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA199 in the diagnosis of gastric cancer.Methods A retrospective selection of 106 patients with gastric diseases treated at Anyang Cancer Hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 was conducted.Among them,53 patients were diagnosed with gastric cancer and set as the study group,while the other 53 patients were diagnosed with benign gastric diseases and set as the control group.Both groups underwent combined detection of tumor markers CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA199.The diagnostic results and diagnostic efficiency of single and combined detection of various tumor markers,as well as the results of various tumor marker indicators in the two groups,were observed.Results The sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy of combined detection were higher than those of single detection of CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA199,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The tumor marker indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of tumor markers CA724,CEA,CA242,and CA199,through comprehensive analysis of the changes in different tumor markers,can comprehensively assess the patient’s condition,help in the early detection and diagnosis of gastric cancer,and improve the sensitivity and specificity of diagnosis,making it worthy of clinical application.
