肿瘤复发患者灵性需求体验的质性研究

A qualitative study on spiritual needs experience of patients with tumor recurrence

目的探讨肿瘤复发患者灵性需求体验,为制定针对性的灵性干预措施和医护服务的连续开展提供依据。方法2021年10月至2022年7月以目的抽样法选取在中国医学科学院肿瘤医院进行治疗的复发肿瘤患者进行访谈,共14例,将访谈资料进行转录。采用Colaizzi 7步分析方法对资料进行编码、分析。结果肿瘤复发患者面临诸多灵性需求问题,包括精神顾虑、寻求支持。面对灵性需求,其应对经验丰富,包括积极给予,自我疏导;寻求帮助,领悟意义;主动学习,满足需求;心愿起航,自我和解。探讨其灵性需求影响因素,包括肿瘤及治疗相关因素与社会支持利用情况。结论肿瘤复发患者的灵性健康状况不容忽视,医护人员应重视其灵性需求,了解其应对经验和影响因素,满足其灵性需求。

Objective To explore the spiritual needs experience of patients with tumor recurrence and provide a basis for the development of targeted spiritual intervention measures and the continuous development of medical services.Methods From October,2021 to July,2022,14 patients with recurrent tumor who were treated in the Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences were interviewed by purposive sampling method,and the interview data were transcribed.Colaizzi 7-step analysis method was used to encode and analyze the data.Results Patients with tumor recurrence faced many spiritual needs,including mental worries and seeking support.Faced with spiritual needs,he has rich experience in coping,including giving actively,self-counseling,seeking help,understanding meaning,actively learning,meeting needs,wishing to set sail and self-reconciliation;To explore the influencing factors of their spiritual needs,including tumor and treatment-related factors and the utilization of social support.Conclusion The spiritual health status of patients with tumor recurrence cannot be ignored,and medical staff should pay attention to their spiritual needs,understand their coping experiences and influencing factors,and meet their spiritual needs.
