口服中药联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果的meta分析

Meta-analysis of the effect of oral traditional Chinese medicine combined with pregabalin in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia

目的 利用meta分析评估口服中药联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛(PHN)的效果。方法 通过中国知网、万方数据知识平台、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Embase、Web of Science,检索建库至2023年4月1日报道口服中药联合普瑞巴林治疗PHN的随机对照临床研究(RCT)。利用RevMan 5.3软件进行数据分析。结果 最终纳入14项研究,1228例患者。结果显示口服中药联合普瑞巴林在提高患者总有效率[OR=4.51,95%CI(2.87,7.07),P <0.000 01]、愈效率[OR=2.63,95%CI(1.93,3.60),P <0.000 01],缓解疼痛[MD=-1.06,95%CI(-1.30,-0.82),P <0.000 01],改善睡眠质量[MD=-4.77,95%CI(-6.63,-2.91),P <0.000 01]方面均优于对照组。结论 口服中药联合普瑞巴林治疗PHN患者安全可靠,不仅能提高患者的有效率、愈效率,还能很好地缓解患者疼痛。

Objective To evaluate the effect of oral traditional Chinese medicine combined with pregabalin on postherpetic neuralgia(PHN)by meta-analysis.Methods Randomized controlled clinical studies(RCT)of oral traditional Chinese medicine combined with pregabalin in the treatment of PHN from the inception to April 1,2023 were searched through CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,China Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Cochrane Library,Embase and Web of Science.Data analysis was carried out by using RevMan 5.3 software.Results Fourteen studies with 1228 patients were finally included.The results showed that oral traditional Chinese medicine combined with pregabalin was superior to the control group in improving total effective rate(OR=4.51,95%CI[2.87,7.07],P<0.00001),improving cure rate(OR=2.63,95%CI[1.93,3.60],P<0.00001),relieving pain(MD=-1.06,95%CI[-1.30,-0.82],P<0.00001),and improving sleep quality(MD=-4.77,95%CI[-6.63,-2.91],P<0.00001).Conclusion Oral traditional Chinese medicine combined with pregabalin is safe and reliable in the treatment of PHN patients,which can not only improve the effective rate and cure rate of patients,but also relieve the pain of patients.
