胆胃颗粒治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Danwei Granule in treating ulcerative colitis of damp-heat type of large intestine

目的 探究胆胃颗粒治疗大肠湿热型溃疡性结肠炎(UC),评价其临床治疗效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年6月在都江堰市中医医院肛肠科门诊确诊为大肠湿热型的UC患者60例,随机分成治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组予以美沙拉嗪肠溶片口服,治疗组在美沙拉嗪的基础上加用胆胃颗粒,4周后观察两组患者临床症状、肠黏膜变化、炎症指标及不良反应发生率。结果 治疗组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),明显高于对照组的80.00%(24/30),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者肠黏膜病变评分、红细胞沉降率(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗后,治疗组肠黏膜病变评分、ESR、CRP、IL-6、症状积分较治疗前均明显下降,且明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率无差异。结论 胆胃颗粒治疗UC具有明显疗效,对于改善临床症状、降低炎症指标、修复肠黏膜具有一定作用,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of Danwei Granule in treating ulcerative colitis(UC)of damp-heat type of large intestine,and to evaluate its clinical therapeutic effect.Methods From January 2022 to June 2023,60 UC patients diagnosed as damp-heat type in large intestine in the anorectal clinic of Dujiangyan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given mesalazine enteric-coated tablets orally,while the treatment group was given Danwei Granule on the basis of mesalazine.After 4 weeks,the clinical symptoms,intestinal mucosal changes,inflammatory indicators and the incidence of advers e reactions of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%(28/30),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(80.00%,24/30),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the scores of intestinal mucosal lesions,erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),and symptom scores between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of intestinal mucosal lesions,ESR,CRP,IL-6,and symptom scores in the treatment group were significantly reduced compared to before treatment,and were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Danwei Granule has obvious curative effect on UC,and it has certain effect on improving clinical symptoms,reducing inflammatory indexes and repairing intestina l mucosa,which is worthy of application.
