探讨围手术期精细化护理干预对老年微创髋关节置换术后患者的影响

Exploring the effect of perioperative refined nursing intervention on elderly patients after minimally invasive hip replacement surgery

目的 对老年微创髋关节置换术患者实施围手术期精细化护理的效果进行讨论。方法 选取2022年7月至2023年1月莆田市第一医院收治的152例老年微创髋关节置换手术患者作为研究对象,按照随机抛硬币原则对152例研究对象进行分组,对照组和观察组各76例。将常规护理用于对照组,将围手术期精细化护理用于观察组,对两组患者术后的效果进行比较观察。结果 对照组术后1 d和术后3 d疼痛评分均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。护理干预后,观察组患者负性情绪指标评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。对照组护理总满意度显著低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对老年微创髋关节置换术患者实施围手术期精细化护理是一种较好的选择,特别是在减轻患者术后的疼痛感和不良情绪,增进护理满意度方面所发挥的作用显而易见,适合在临床中大力推广和应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of perioperative refined nursing for elderly patients undergoing minimally invasive hip replacement surgery.Methods A total of 152 elderly patients who underwent minimally invasive hip replacement surgery were selected as the study subjects,all of whom were admitted to the First Hospital of Putian City from July 2022 to January 2023.During this period,152 study subjects were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 76 subjects in each group.Routine nursing was used in the control group,and perioperative refined nursing was used in the observation group.The postoperative effects of the two groups of subjects were compared and observed.Results The pain scores in the control group were higher than those in the observation group on the 1st and 3rd postoperative days,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing intervention,the scores of negative emotions in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall nursing satisfaction of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of perioperative refined nursing for elderly patients undergoing minimally invasive hip replacement surgery is a good choice,especially in reducing postoperative pain and negative emotions,and improving nursing satisfaction.Its role is obvious and suitable for vigorous promotion and app lication in clinical practice.
