物联网呼吸康复系统对GOLD3期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的应用效果

摘要 目的探讨物联网呼吸康复系统对慢性阻塞性肺疾病全球倡议(GOLD)3期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的应用效果。方法选取2022年6月至2023年6月于厦门市海沧医院呼吸科就诊的GOLD3期COPD患者86例,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组和干预组,每组各43例。对照组采用常规干预手段进行治疗,干预组在对照组的基础上开展物联网呼吸康复系统干预治疗,分析并比较两组患者的治疗和预后效果。结果干预后,干预组患者用力肺活量(FVC),第一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1),FEV1/FVC,生活质量评分中的日常生活活动能力、躯体功能、心理功能和社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者住院时间和无创呼吸机使用时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者治疗依从性和总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论物联网呼吸康复系统能够提高GOLD3期COPD患者的肺功能指标和生活质量,增加患者的治疗规范性,从而降低患者住院时间,提高患者的整体治疗情况。 Objective To explore the application effect of the Internet of Things respiratory rehabilitation system on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)of global initiative for chronic obstructive lung disease(GOLD)stage 3.Methods A total of 86 GOLD stage 3 COPD patients who visited the Department of Respiratory,Xiamen Medical College Affiliated Haicang Hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected and divided into a control group and an intervention group using a random number table method,with 43 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional intervention,while the intervention group received intervention treatment with an Internet of Things respiratory rehabilitation system on the basis of the control group.The treatment and prognosis effects of the two groups of patients were analyzed and compared.Results After the intervention,the patients in the intervention group had higher forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/FVC,and the scores of activities of daily living,physical functioning,psychological functioning,and social functioning in the quality of life scores than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and non-invasive ventilator usage time of the intervention group patients were shorter than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The treatment compliance and overall satisfaction of patients in the intervention group were higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The Internet of Things respiratory rehabilitation system can improve the lung function indicators and quality of life of GOLD stage 3 COPD patients,increase the standardization of treatment for patients,thereby reducing hospitalization time and improving overall treatment o utcomes.
