基于Web of Science对运动康复在骨科治疗领域的可视化分析

Visual analysis of sports rehabilitation in the field of orthopedic treatment based on Web of Science

目的 分析国外运动康复在骨科治疗领域研究热点与前沿。方法 以运动康复在骨科治疗为主题,检索并筛选Web of Science核心合集数据库,检索时间为2013年1月至2023年7月,采用CiteSpace软件对发文趋势、作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果 初步检索得到文献数据2650篇,经软件处理后纳入2070篇;发文量最高的作者FRANCESCO CARLI;发文量最高的机构是哥本哈根大学;关键词分析显示该领域的研究主要集中康复治疗、运动、生活质量等;关键词突现强度最高的是男性患者。结论 运动康复在骨科治疗领域目前正处于快速发展阶段,其焦点集中在肌肉、骨骼和关节系统疾病康复方面,致力于加速康复过程、减少术后并发症及提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To analyze the research hotspots and frontiers of foreign sports rehabilitation in the field of orthopedic treatment.Methods The Web of Science Core Collection database was searched from January 2013 to July 2023 and articles were screened with the theme of sports rehabilitation in orthopedic treatment.The publishing trend,authors,institutions and keywords were visually analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results 2650 articles of literature data were obtained by preliminary retrieval,and 2070 articles were included after software processing.FRANCESCO CARLI was the author with the highest number of articles.The University of Copenhagen was the institution with the highest number of articles.Keyword analysis showed that the research in this field mainly focused on rehabilitation,exercise and quality of life.The keyword with the highest intensity of outburst was"men".Conclusion Sports rehabilitation is currently in a rapid development stage in the field of orthopedic treatment,with its focus on the rehabilitation of muscle,bone and joint system diseases.It is committed to accelerating the rehabilitation process,reducing postoperative complications and improving the quality of life of patients.
