摘要
传统评估方法聚焦考试技能培养,不能有效评估外科临床技能。大量文献报道将Mini临床能力测评(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)应用于临床教学,效果显著。在肝胆外科临床教学中,加入手术操作技能和围手术期治疗两项内容对Mini-CEX进行改良,能够有效评估外科临床综合能力,教与学双方均有较好的满意度。
Traditional assessment methods focus on examining technical skills,which may not effectively evaluate surgical clinical skills.Numerous studies have demonstrated significant effectiveness of the Mini-Clinical Evaluation Exercise(Mini-CEX)in clinical teaching.In hepatobiliary surgery teaching,modifying the Mini-CEX to include surgical operation skills and perioperative treatment content effectively assesses comprehensive surgical clinical abilities,with high satisfaction from both educators and learners.A challenge of Mini-CEX lies in improving the consistency of evaluator scores,thus adaptations tailored to specific specialties(“tailored to the specialty”)are recommended.
