新疆某医学院校本科生移动学习及自主学习能力调查

Investigation of Mobile Learning and Autonomous Learning Ability of Undergraduates in a Medical School in Xinjiang in the Post-Pandemic Era

摘要 目的:掌握医学院校大学生移动学习与自主学习状况,并探讨医学院校大学生的自主学习能力的影响因素。方法:以新疆某医学院校921名大学生为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方式,对医学生移动学习、自主学习能力现状进行调查和分析。结果:(1)62.80%医学生了解移动学习,67.90%医学生对移动学习有一定的需求,98.40%医学生认为目前的移动互联网学习资源能够满足他们的医学知识学习需求;43.30%医学生每周进行1~2次移动互联网学习;40.20%医学生每次移动互联网学习时间在一个小时以内;45.30%医学生利用移动互联网学习方式进行英语学习,33.90%进行医学专业课学习。(2)医学生自主学习能力总分为(64.01±15.45)分。三年级学生的自主学习能力总分高于其他年级学生,来自农村家庭的学生自主学习能力总分高于城市家庭学生,差异均有统计学意义(F=3.95,P<0.05;t=-3.42,P<0.05)。(3)移动学习和自主学习能力呈正相关(r=0.20,P<0.05),且移动学习态度、移动学习需求和户口所在地是影响因素。结论:后疫情时代医学生移动互联网学习的环境条件基本具备,医学生对移动互联网学习需求较高,自主学习能力水平中等。移动互联网学习对医学生自主学习能力的提升有较大的帮助,而移动学习需求和移动学习态度往往影响医学生自主学习能力的提升。 The aim was to understand the current state of mobile learning and autonomous learning abilities of medical university students and to explore the influencing factors.A questionnaire survey was conducted among 921 undergraduates from a medical university in Xinjiang.Results showed that 62.80%of medical students were aware of mobile learning,67.90%had a certain demand for it,and 98.40%believed that current mobile internet learning resources could meet their medical knowledge learning needs.Additionally,43.30%of students engaged in mobile internet learning 1~2 times per week,40.20%spent less than an hour per session,and 45.30%used mobile learning for English,while 33.90%for medical courses.The total score for autonomous learning ability was(64.01±15.45),with third-year students scoring higher than other years,and students from rural areas scoring higher than those from urban areas(F=3.95,P<0.05;t=-3.42,P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between mobile learning and autonomous learning ability(r=0.20,P<0.05),and influencing factors included mobile learning attitude,demand,and household registration.Conclusion:Post-pandemic,medical students have a high demand for mobile internet learning,and such learning significantly enhances autonomous learning ability.
